Example: Intimate Letters (with actor: works by Janácek, Mozart, Haydn, Grieg, and poetry of Shelley and Coleridge); French Connection (Debussy Quartet and movements from Janácek and Grieg); American Tapestry (all American works); Nordic Journey (Grieg's String Quartet in G Minor, Op. 27); Arabian Nights and the Magic of Borodin! (Borodin String Quartet No. 2 in D Major); Viennese Classical Roots (A Mozart Quartet and movements from Haydn and Beethoven).

Serafin String Quartet has in its repertoire standard string quartets including works by Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Brahms, Schubert, Borodin, Dvořák, Schumann, Shostakovich, Debussy, Ravel, and others. In addition, the Quartet performs a number of works by living composers such as Pulitzer Prize and Grammy Winner, Jennifer Higdon, Andrew Norman, and Julia Adolphe, and collaborative works by Brahms, Schumann, Dohnanyi, Dvořák, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Boccherini, and others.

The Quartet collaborates often with internationally acclaimed colleagues and has recently performed with pianists Charles Abramovic, Sandra Rivers, Victor Santiago Asuncion, William Ransom, cellist Norman Fischer, violist Steven Tenenbom, clarinetist Marianne Gythfeldt, and with bass/baritone Grant Youngblood.
